• Provide global strategic leadership for the design, optimization, and lifecycle management of Azure core infrastructure. Lead the design, deployment, maintenance, and backup of Azure and M365 environments. Lead in state-of-the-art technologies such as infrastructure as code, AI, and remote site management. Strengthen and maintain global infrastructure security posture. Lead automation initiatives using tools like PowerShell, Bicep, Terraform, and Power Automate. Architect and implement global monitoring and alerting systems. Provide 2nd/3rd line support and out-of-hours support for critical incidents. Engage with stakeholders to ensure a unified technical environment for security and collaboration. Lead project implementation with project managers, stakeholders, and end users.

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in IT or a similar field (Master's preferred). Experience with Azure core infrastructure and M365 environments. Proficiency in infrastructure as code, AI, and remote site management. Skills in automation tools: PowerShell, Bicep, Terraform, Power Automate. Experience in designing and implementing monitoring and alerting systems. Ability to provide 2nd/3rd line technical support. Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills. Project management and implementation leadership. Cross-cultural sensitivity and relationship-building skills. Excellent customer service skills.
