CNC Turner/Miller Mazak Job at Metaalkanjers | EURES

• Independently program a Mazak Integrex machine offline (Topsolid 7) and/or on the machine using Mazatrol software. Perform turning and milling operations on a 7/9-axis turning/milling machining center. Read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions. Determine clamping methods, select tools, and control tools, products, and materials. Help determine machining conditions. Measure finished products. Manufacture prototypes, unique products, and small series.

• MBO level 3 or 4 work and thinking level. Minimum 5 years of experience as a CNC turner on a MAZAK Integrex turning/milling machine. Ability to work with high precision. Proficiency in Dutch; knowledge of German and/or English is preferred. Good knowledge of programming in Mazatrol; experience with Topsolid is a plus.

Kennis van draaien en frezen op een 7/9 assige draai/frees bewerkingscentrum is een must. Uiteraard kun je goed tekeningen en werkinstructies lezen en bepaal je zelf opspanning, gereedschapkeuze en de controle van gereedschappen, producten en materialen. Ook help je bij het bepalen van de verspanings condities en meet je producten als ze gereed zijn. Je maakt prototypes en unieke producten, soms ook kleine series dus je werk is altijd afwisselend.
