As a Coordinator you will guide and support a group of employees, ensuring smooth planning and day-to-day support for temporary workers, from planning and transport to daily support. You will cooperate closely with recruitment, planning and administration, having a real impact on how hundreds of people work every day.

• Handle planning and transport for temporary workers
• Solve daily challenges of employees and ensure they feel supported
• Keep everything running according to plan
• Cooperate closely with recruitment, planning and administration

• Strong command of English and/or Dutch (spoken and written)
• Availability from Monday to Saturday
• Flexibility, strong organizational skills and a positive mindset
• Openness, empathy and ease in building relationships
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a team and share successes
• Residence in the Zuid-Holland region and a driving licence
