Data and AI Specialist (Business Facing) - Amsterdam, Hybrid 2 to 3 days onsite, 1 year fixed term contract. This is a high impact Data and AI role for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of business and technology. You will play a visible role in shaping how AI is adopted across commercial functions, owning practical use cases that deliver real business value rather than theoretical experimentation.

- Designing, prioritising and delivering AI use cases aligned to commercial objectives
- Working closely with stakeholders across commercial operations to shape requirements and manage expectations
- Translating business problems into clear briefs for engineering and data teams
- Driving AI literacy, adoption and best practice across non technical audiences
- Supporting workflow automation and productivity improvements using AI driven tools
- Balancing hands on delivery with longer term AI strategy and roadmap development
