Deputy Store Manager Job at Sting Eindhoven - Full-Time Temporary Position

• Together with the General Manager, responsible for one of our Sting stores. Ensure the store runs smoothly with commercial insight. Customer-oriented, think along during the purchasing process and boost sales results. Set monthly goals with the General Manager. Develop team members, steer towards achieving KPIs and create optimal staffing by recruiting and retaining talents.

• Demonstrable experience as the final responsible person in a larger team and/or larger store area. Work and think at least at MBO level and pick up new information quickly. Available at least one weekend day. Improvisation skills to respond to unexpected situations. Creativity and flexibility to turn ideas into concrete actions. Strategic insight: think in a planned way, enjoy working with numbers and know where to adjust for the best result. Clear and effective communication towards team and customer. Passion for fashion and desire for a pleasant workplace atmosphere. Accurate, structured work style and willingness to help out.
