As our F&B Supervisor, you will be the driving force behind exceptional service and memorable guest experiences. You'll be the heartbeat of our Bar & Brasserie Werkspoor, the social hub of the hotel! Welcoming guests for breakfast, a relaxed dinner, or evening drinks. You will also oversee meetings and events, ensuring they are professionally organised and smoothly executed. Your role is to keep a clear overview of all Food & Beverage operations, step in where needed, and work closely with the F&B Manager to develop and implement fresh ideas. You will lead, coach, and inspire your team so that every guest leaves with a smile. And when the time is right, you enjoy engaging with guests from recommending the best spots in Amsterdam to sharing a friendly word with regular visitors.

• Leading by example to deliver outstanding service.
• Coaching and motivating your team to grow in their roles.
• Overseeing breakfast, bar, restaurant, banqueting, and room service operations.
• Preparing shift briefings and ensuring your team has all tools to succeed.
• Stock control and ordering

• Experience in coaching and motivating a team in a positive way.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• A proactive approach to preparation and problem-solving.
• Good communication skills in English.

• Salary: €2,443.95 – €2,958.82 (depending on experience).
