At Park Plaza Amsterdam Airport, our Food & Beverage operation is all about energy, connection, and delivering memorable experiences. We're looking for a Food & Beverage Team Leader who enjoys being on the floor, leading by example, and supporting the team during both calm and high-volume moments. • Lead and support daily service in the restaurant, bar, breakfast and banqueting
• Act as the first point of contact on shift for the F&B team
• Ensure service standards, guest experience and presentation are consistently met
• Support new team members through onboarding and on-the-job coaching
• Coordinate with kitchen and other departments for smooth service flow
• Assist with shift planning, handovers and operational communication
• Handle guest feedback professionally and proactively
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and operational procedures
• Step in where needed and remain flexible across service styles and volumes

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage service, preferably in a hotel or high-volume environment
• Ready to take a first or next step into a leadership role
• Enjoys being operational and leading from the floor
• Stays calm, organised and positive during busy services
• Takes pride in teamwork, structure and guest satisfaction
• Communicates confidently in English (Dutch is an advantage)
