Internship Sustainable Production at HEINEKEN in Amsterdam | EURES

We are offering an internship opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our Sustainable Production team and contribute to process improvement, contractual service level tracking and governance improvement initiatives. This role directly supports HEINEKEN's strategic sustainability agenda, with a strong focus on water stewardship and supplier engagement across our 180+ global production sites. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, ensure compliance with policies and standards, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our Sustainable Production Department.

• Process Improvement: map existing processes, identify bottlenecks, recommend improvements for supplier performance tracking, and perform internal and external analysis to generate opportunity proposals.
• Governance Support & Sustainable Production Fundamentals: support governance frameworks and compliance initiatives, prepare reports on process performance, analyse category spend, update Power BI dashboards, and support KPI tracking including the Water Acceleration Project.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Contract Management: work with the Sustainable Production Water department and Operating Companies to drive solutions, collaborate on water reduction projects, and support contract management including Quarterly Review Meeting actions.
