- Lead and coach a team of 35-70 pickers, packers, and inbound workers in a semi-automated fulfillment operation. Ensure efficient, error-free, and customer-focused logistical process management. Maintain safety, quality, and high output as top priorities while motivating and developing team members. Quickly switch between handling operational challenges and implementing improvements on the work floor. Work within a 2-shift system in a dynamic warehouse environment.
- Leadership and team coaching skills. Experience in managing safety and quality in a logistics/warehouse environment. Ability to maintain overview and adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced setting. Experience working in shift systems. Strong operational management and problem-solving skills.
