As a Digital and E&A Engineering Manager, you will lead the electrical, automation and digitalization scope of a large-scale strategic investment project. You will drive the implementation of smart factory technologies, advanced automation systems and future-ready digital solutions.

• Drive the design and implementation of electrical and automation infrastructures
• Develop and execute digitalization and smart factory roadmaps
• Define automation architectures including PLC, SCADA, MES and data integration systems
• Manage project scope, budgets, timelines and technical deliverables
• Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, contractors and system integrators
• Oversee installation, commissioning, testing and start-up activities
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations and company requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics or a related field
• ~8-12 years of experience in electrical and automation engineering within industrial environments
• Strong knowledge of PLC, SCADA, MES and industrial automation systems
• Experience with electrical infrastructure, power distribution and industrial networks
• Understanding of machinery safety standards and industrial cybersecurity
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
