As a Meat Mixer Operator, you are responsible for preparing and mixing meat products according to established recipes, production schedules, and quality standards. You ensure the correct combination of raw materials, spices, and additives to produce consistent, high-quality meat mixtures ready for further processing. You operate and monitor industrial mixing equipment, accurately weigh ingredients, and follow strict production procedures. Performing quality control checks in line with HACCP guidelines is a key part of your role, ensuring food safety, product consistency, and compliance with hygiene standards.

• Prepare and mix meat products according to established recipes, production schedules, and quality standards.
• Ensure the correct combination of raw materials, spices, and additives to produce consistent, high-quality meat mixtures.
• Operate and monitor industrial mixing equipment.
• Accurately weigh ingredients and follow strict production procedures.
• Perform quality control checks in line with HACCP guidelines.

• Interest in production work and being part of the production process.
• Enthusiasm and motivation (experience not required).
• Ability to lift 5 to 8 kg and stand for a longer time.
• Speak English and/or Dutch.
• Ability to work in a production environment with a temperature from 7 degrees.
• Available during peak periods (December and Easter).
• Willingness to adhere to regulations regarding visible jewelry, piercings, false nails/eyelashes, or nail polish, which are prohibited in food production environments.

• €0.09 allowance per hour for working in a 7 degree environment.
