- Mix all drinks for guests, ensuring their wishes are met. Support the team in serving guests. Act as a narrator for the guest experience, blending local flavors with detailed attention and Peruvian-inspired elements. Create unique Peruvian-twist cocktails using premium ingredients and techniques. Deliver outstanding service within a dynamic team. Guide guests through the menu with expert knowledge of spirits and make personalized recommendations. Maintain a welcoming bar atmosphere, uphold high cleanliness standards, manage equipment, stock, and organization. Stay current with mixology trends and expand skills.
- Exceptional mixology skills. Knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, and mixers. Ability to create unique cocktails. Customer service and guest interaction skills. Teamwork and support capabilities. Attention to detail and cleanliness standards. Equipment maintenance and stock management skills. Awareness of latest mixology trends. Proficiency in Dutch language. Upper secondary education level.
