Operational & Strategic Process Manager Job at Earth in Amersfoort

As an Operational & Strategic Process Manager, you will play a key role in this. You will link strategy to implementation and translate vision into practical, scalable solutions. Working closely with the director, you will act as a sparring partner at both strategic and operational levels. You will be part of a team of around 12 FTEs and will have a direct influence on the organisation's future development.

• Translating a vision into concrete, scalable processes
• Managing and delivering projects that contribute to growth and market positioning
• Structuring and professionalising internal collaboration
• Developing and implementing new propositions and ideas
• Contribute to the organisation's international expansion
• Act as the director's right-hand person and sparring partner

• A degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering or a similar field
