PhD position in the SOWAMA project focusing on inclusive approaches for soil and water management in Uganda, involving transdisciplinary research and experiential learning games.
Verantwoordelijkheden 4 Taken ({n})
- Contribute to methodological innovation and empirical research in experiential learning for social and institutional challenges in integrated soil and water management in rural Uganda.
- Assess and address instrumental and relational values and institutions affecting Integrated Soil and Water Management (ISWM) decision-making in Uganda.
- Facilitate co-development of socio-technical innovation bundles (STIBs) addressing bottlenecks.
- Develop experiential learning games to address drivers of implementation and strengthen governance.
