Process and System Coordinator Job at BAM | Bunnik | Full-time
- Improving processes and optimally deploying systems within contract teams. Identifying bottlenecks and actively seeking opportunities to make processes and systems smarter, more efficient, and user-friendly. Playing a connecting role between central strategy and decentralized execution by collaborating with the national Expert Team for process and data and local contract teams. Encouraging uniformity, assisting with implementation, and providing input for national development projects.
- Experience with business processes and systems. Ability to identify bottlenecks and propose improvements. Skills in supporting and instructing colleagues in system use. Ability to inventory user wishes and coordinate improvements. Experience in assessing and reporting incidents. Knowledge of document management procedures. Ability to monitor working methods and identify deviations.
- Salary range: €3,950 - €5,445 per month. Permanent employment contract. Full-time position (1-40 hours). Work location: Bunnik, Netherlands. Requires upper secondary education level (HBO).
