Product Manager Job at Marel | Meat Processing Industry
- End-to-end responsibility for the portfolio life cycle management of the Meat Stunning & Unclean product group, including product launch, upgrades, and obsolescence. Create the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the product group. Oversee pricing and positioning of the product line. Deliver business cases and quantified value propositions for new product development. Align key stakeholders and communicate the product vision. Conduct competitive analyses and gather market intelligence. Support sales in creating annual revenue budgets. Prepare sales documentation and support materials. Ensure availability of quality sales support and project reviews.
- Proven experience in product management. Deep understanding of market dynamics, customers, and portfolio management. Ability to drive change and act entrepreneurially. Strong skills in creating business cases, value propositions, and strategic roadmaps. Excellent stakeholder alignment, communication, and presentation skills. Competency in competitive analysis and market intelligence. Experience in supporting sales and budget creation. Ability to prepare sales documentation and support materials. Master's degree or equivalent level of education.
