Project Manager (Training Optimisation) Job in Rotterdam | aNewSpring

You run our customer projects from start to finish, you keep every change tied to scope, timeline and investment, and you help turn a healthy pipeline into signed work. This role has two sides. On one side you are the steady hand who runs projects to a clear standard: the single point of contact the customer trusts. On the other side you create momentum: spotting opportunities, working alongside our account managers, and helping the commercial engine run. You report directly to the Training Optimisation Lead and work closely with our learning specialists, Customer Success, and Sales.

• Be the single point of contact for the customer throughout the project, managing expectations and keeping communication clear and timely.
• Own the delivery process gate by gate - scope, deliverables, build, and sign-off - so every step moves forward with the right agreement in place.
• Protect scope by tying every change request back to scope, timeline and investment.
