Project Manager Job at FACTA Bouwmanagement in Eindhoven | Full-Time Temporary

• Oversee the entire construction process and align the client, design and executing parties, and FACTA colleagues. Look ahead, identify and limit risks early, accelerate where possible, and safeguard budget, schedule, and quality. Make expectations explicit, keep communication tight, and ensure each party knows what is asked and when. From the first sketch, think about feasibility, costs, and phasing; during execution, organize the pace, monitor integrity, and address deviations without detours.

• Minimum 5 years of work experience as a project manager and/or project leader. HBO and/or WO education in Civil Engineering, Construction Business Management, or Construction. Excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written. Able to work in a politically sensitive environment and have a feel for the various interests.

• Salary depending on experience between €5,000 and €7,000. Attractive pension scheme. 8% holiday pay and 30 days off. One-year contract with the intention to convert to an indefinite period. End-of-year bonus. Attractive travel allowance (Home-work €0.23, work-work €0.44). Opportunities for courses and training. Je kijkt vooruit, signaleert en begrenst risico's vroegtijdig, versnelt waar het kan en borgt budget, planning en kwaliteit. Dat doe je zichtbaar en benaderbaar: je maakt verwachtingen expliciet, houdt de communicatie strak en zorgt dat elke partij weet wat er wanneer wordt gevraagd. Vanaf de eerste schets denk je mee over maakbaarheid, kosten en fasering; in de uitvoering organiseer je het tempo, bewaak je integraliteit en adresseer je afwijkingen zonder omwegen.
