Psychiatrist Job at GGZ Rivierduinen - Full-Time Direct Hire in Netherlands

• Provide clinical psychiatric care for clients requiring intensive and acute treatment within a closed clinic setting. Potentially manage treatment affairs for a clinic, contributing to policy and development. Participate in Intensive Home Treatment (IHT) teams to deliver innovative crisis care close to patients' homes. Work within a multidisciplinary team to foster an open and expert atmosphere. Tailor the role by combining clinical, managerial, and/or IHT responsibilities based on personal fit.

• BIG registration as a psychiatrist. Passion for complex psychiatry and crisis care. Ability to influence and take control of one's own work. Team player with a clear vision on care and treatment. Entrepreneurial, flexible, and collaborative attitude. Dutch language proficiency.
