Senior Data Engineer Job at Team EIFFEL in Arnhem | EURES

• As a Data Engineer, you connect systems and people, building bridges between complex data and valuable insights. You ensure data lands in the right place and becomes usable for the business. You work on challenging projects at large organizations, developing data warehouse environments. Responsibilities include: collecting and managing data from various sources (databases, log files, external APIs); working with modern tools (SQL, Python, Cloud platforms Azure/AWS, Snowflake); making data sources accessible for end users in diverse sectors; transforming and modeling data for direct application in BI analyses; using basic BI tool knowledge for collaboration with analysts; preferably applying dimensional modeling; helping build services and actively guiding junior and medior consultants.

• Completed HBO or WO education (Bachelor's or equivalent). Minimum 60 months (5 years) of experience as a Data Engineer. Proficiency in SQL and Python. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and Snowflake. Knowledge of data collection and management from various sources (databases, log files, APIs). Ability to transform and model data for BI analyses. Basic knowledge of BI tools for analyst collaboration. Preferably knowledge of dimensional modeling. Experience in guiding junior and medior consultants. An experienced professional who looks beyond technology, identifies improvement opportunities, and takes initiative.

• Salary range: minimum €4000.00 - maximum €7000.00 per month (initial compensation: 4320 EUR). Unlimited development opportunities through Team EIFFEL Academy trainings. 200 hours of vacation time.
