• Converting and switching machines in an order-driven organization. Monitoring machine operation and independently solving malfunctions. Ordering materials and supplying them to the line. Stacking packaged products on pallets and preparing them for transport. Changing materials and emptying them if necessary. Counting materials to be returned and preparing them for collection. Performing defined checks (e.g., first product inspection, hourly check). Notifying the machine keeper in case of defects and assisting with major malfunctions. Performing process controls and making adjustments, or engaging machine keepers. Performing administrative tasks (such as noting downtime and stoppage times, material registration, inventory checks). Performing preventive maintenance (lubricating, cleaning, replacing parts). Participating in meetings, training, and improvement projects. Maintaining order and cleanliness of the workstation.

• Dutch language proficiency. Diploma in a technical field (electromechanics, electricity, mechanics) or equivalent experience. Flexibility. Ability to work independently and as a team player. Strong analytical thinking skills. Willingness to work fixed night shifts (Sunday evening to Friday morning, 10 PM to 6 AM). Eagerness to pursue further training.
