The Continence Advisory Service is a small team within Berkshire Foundation Health Care Trust. It Provides advice and support to meet the continence needs of the people of Berkshire from childhood into adulthood. The administrators in our team are key members who provide telephone contact for patients in regards prescriptions, clinic appointments and our home delivery service.
