An Indian traditional restaurant, ANMOL, is looking for a dynamic Assistant Chef with enough skills and knowledge of level 4 cooking certificate in Amsterdam. As assistant Chef you will assist the restaurant Sous Chef to create a wide variety of Asian cuisine.Your responsibilities will include but, not limited to the following:- Preparing starters and main dishes to be baked, fried and roasted.- Marinating meats that need to be baked, fried and roasted.- Responsible for supervising and checking for the quality doneness, taste, colour fluidity and other related tasks.- Cleaning the kitchen equipment and machines after use and assisting your colleagues for daily kitchen cleaning....
