Cooking in an Indian-vegetarian kitchen. Must have experience before in an Indian Kitchen and be familiar with how an Indian Kitchen operates. Operation of the South Indian cuisine sector, North Indian Curries and the use of an Indian Tandoor oven.We are a full vegetarian restaurant that operates in the beautiful city of Arnhem. Our kitchen although it offers many multi cusines is still a small kitchen. One of the challenges is to operate the kitchen under pressure on the weekends.The key to being able to deliver for heavy moments is a perfect preparation. Nevertheless, we are a few people right now who manage to operate the restaurant on a full scale and looking forward to welcome hopefully another family member....
