We believe in teamwork and therefore believe in creating allround professionals so, when needed, you can assist your colleagues from other stations/parties. The key positions are for our sushi and teppanyaki station/partie where it's important to work efficiently, precise and clean during peak moments. Outside peak moments we expect you to prepare mise en place when you start your shift and tidy up after, all according to our hygiene regulations.Who are we?We are an urban sushi dining at Kop van Zuid in Rotterdam with a menu that includes surprising dishes inspired by the Asian kitchen.
